Tree Bowl

This artistic bowl, if you would call it that, is made from a large 12 inch wide by 6 inch tall bowl.  The wood is from a pear tree.  The trees were cut and carved out in a lengthy process.  Eight trees make up the perimeter of the bowl.  The finish is lacquer and the base has been buffed with wax.
